Mis-ery

I sit here,
alone,
in bed.

Thinking of
the wrongs,
I've said.

Mis-worded,
Mis-spoken,
Mistaken,
Mistakes.

Miss, I miss you.

Outward bound,
inward too.
Letting others,
dictate you.

Make the world,
what it could be,
Unknott yourself,
Set you free,

Time

It's a precious thing.

Whilst you're doing things,
It is what will lapse.

So use every second,
to the very last.

B - can read as well.
C - can do the alphabet.
D - finds pictures swell.

Insomnia

A flash of light,
Noise outside,
The passing of a car.

Thoughts of past,
Future too.
Both, both near and far.

Then Frustration,
Counting tricks,
Stare out at the stars.

When they fade,

Why does sleep me bar?
